Important Notes:
1. Streaming lectures need a few minutes to start while buffering.
2. For the streaming video, please make sure to have Flash Player version 10 installed on your web browser by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
3. For the downloaded video file, you will need to download and install the latest version of RealPlayer to play the file.
4. The MP3 audio file can be copied and played on your MP3 player or GSM phone.
Important change to the calendar: to take the quiz you must attend one of the lectures between 24-28 May. There will be no M150A lectures after 28 May ! Contact me by e-mail if this is a problem for you, you can take the quiz earlier.
To replace your missed lecture on 14/3, 28/3, and 11/4, please attend any ONE of the following dates where Unit 3 will be explained

NEW Update (25/2/2009): we have just been notified of the details of recent changes. Only 1 TMA will be required this semester, as in the calendar below.
Quiz (electronic, 30 minutes) will encompass units 1-3 (incl.) and consist of 30 True/False and Multiple-Choice questions only. You only need the slides for studying the quiz. See the quiz period in the calendar below. Grade is 30 marks. Sample quizzes are included on the ACES page.
Final Exam (paper-based, 2 hours) will encompass units 1-8 (incl.) from the text books, not slides. It consists of three parts: True/False, Multiple-Choice, and Problem Solving. The third part will focus on writing HTML,XML, and JavaScript code. The date and time of the final exam will be announced later on ACES. See the sample exam below.
